A sidewalk garden

Today on my walk home I took a different route and then came across this beautiful garden that a neighbor has planted on the outside of her fence. I literally stopped to smell the roses and it put me in a wonderful mood. As I was taking this picture she pulled up in her car and I thanked her for planting it where we all can enjoy.

Faith in humanity, restored :).

Isn't it nice how the simple things can make such a difference?

  3. Oh my gosh, I love this. I especially love that she drove up and you were able to thank her. Sometimes it seems these sorts of things happen just when we need them most.
